Referment is seeking a senior leader to set the strategy for global incident detection and response within Information Security. You will lead the team responsible for identifying and responding to incidents and partner with senior stakeholders to drive strong security outcomes.

You will assess the current environment, strengthen monitoring and auditing, and decide where advanced technology can materially improve detection and response.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of technical security teams.
• Deep expertise in security operations and incident response.
• Experience building monitoring and auditing frameworks.
• Strong strategic judgment and ability to convey complex issues to executives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
