Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience with raw materials, food ingredients, or related categories.
• Experience importing food-grade products into the United States.
• Proven success negotiating international supply agreements.
• Experience managing suppliers across multiple global regions.
• Strong understanding of international sourcing, logistics, and supply chain risk.
