Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a seasoned Materials & Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments, documentation, and customs compliance. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate trade data.

Responsibilities include import/export operations, HTS classifications, Incoterms, ERP system usage (Oracle preferred), and maintaining audit-ready records while driving process improvements and cost

Qualifications

3–5 years of international logistics experience.
AAS degree or higher in a related field preferred.
Knowledge of HTS classifications, Incoterms, and customs processes.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate international import/export shipments and required documentation.
Ensure accuracy of invoices, packing lists, HTS, and trade data.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers and internal teams.
Monitor shipments and resolve delays, holds, or issues.
Support compliance with import/export and customs requirements.
Maintain shipment records for audit readiness.
Provide backup support for warehouse and logistics activities.
