Job summary

BINEX LINE CORP. in Torrance, CA is seeking an Operational Specialist to coordinate day-to-day logistics on-site. The role includes managing shipment schedules, tracking cargo, updating systems, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.

Candidates with 1+ year of freight forwarding or logistics experience, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and Korean-English bilingual ability are preferred. U.S. work authorization is required. Pay range $50,000–$60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Punctual, detail oriented; professionalism is required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred due to client communication in US and Korea.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day logistics and operational activities.
• Manage shipment schedules and track cargo status.
• Update internal systems and ensure compliant documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives and collaborate with the sales team.
