Responsibilities

• Coordinate with importers and U.S. Customs to prepare, transmit, clear, examine, and deliver cargo into the U.S.
• Liaise with airlines, steamship lines, trucking companies, and other transport providers.
• Work with government agencies (FDA, FCC, DOT, etc.) to secure timely clearance of cargo.
• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs, agency regulations, and company standards.
• Enter and upload shipment details and invoices into in-house systems for Customs transmission.
• Perform preliminary Entry Summary auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Support customers to meet U.S. Customs entry requirements for various modes of transport.
• Monitor shipment status using cargo tracking systems and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with invoicing and related import documentation processes.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and issues.
• Handle multiple shipments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
