Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production planning operations.
- Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry with truckload/LTL experience and contract review exposure.
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency; TMS/WMS/YMS experience a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Korean required.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate transportation rates and contract terms for LG.
- Support cost efficiency and service metrics improvement across operations.
- Monitor and manage overall health of operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, 3PL, carriers, and customers.
- Review performance and implement corrective action plans; communicate with carriers daily.
- Negotiate transportation terms and conditions for LG (repeat point).
