Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.
• Proficiency with Excel/Office; familiarity with ERP or TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, booking, and tracking of shipping containers from factories to U.S. ports and final destinations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with overseas factories regarding production timelines and order status.
• Manage import documentation including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies for timely pickup and delivery.
• Track POs against factory invoices and schedule international payments in coordination with finance.
