Job summary

Northwest Hardwoods, Inc. in Washington state is seeking an Import & Export Logistics Specialist to coordinate shipments, manage import/export documents, and ensure on-time delivery across global networks.

You will work with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams using ERP and TMS tools. This in-office role requires at least 2 years of import/export experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Office-based role, Monday–Friday.
• Excel knowledge is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Import/Export experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with buyers, vendors, and carriers.
• Process import documents and ISF requests.
• Resolve clearance discrepancies with customs brokers and CBP.
• Track shipments and update ERP and TMS systems.
• Ensure on-time shipping and export compliance.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
