Germer International - Pharmaceutical Recruiting in Allentown, PA is seeking a seasoned export logistics specialist to manage compliant import/export activities for pharma products.

You will coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve issues, prepare required documents (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices), and ensure OTIF and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have IMDG/IATA certifications and 5+ years of experience.

Formación

• IMDG and IATA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade/logistics.
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs compliance.
• Experience with freight forwarders and 3PL interactions.
• Ability to read regulations and communicate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliant import/export activities under US and foreign laws.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders to resolve export issues.
• Prepare export documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoices) for customs and TSA.
• Track shipments and maintain carrier/3PL files.
• Interface with Planning, Customer Relations, Transportation.
• Inbound receipt of CMO products to US 3PL.
• Manage CMO/export orders to meet requested dates.
• Communicate customer delays to Management.
• Daily track and trace of CMO and ROW orders.
