Job summary

Coda Search Staffing is seeking an experienced Import/Export Coordinator for a full-time on-site role in Moonachie, NJ. You will manage import/export documentation, coordinate shipments, and serve as the main point of contact for customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on import/export experience with an NVOCC, strong knowledge of operations and documentation, and excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in logistics or freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation and shipment processes.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from initiation through completion.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of import/export documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and serve as a key point of contact for customers.
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Import/Export experience working for an NVOCC.
• Strong knowledge of import and export operations and documentation.
• Customer service experience within the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
