Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams from development to close-out in the United States. You will manage multiple projects, build client relations, and drive deliverables within budgets and schedules.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with AEC software, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. Local travel is expected; international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• 7 years related experience in project management.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent organizational, PM and written/verbal communication skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Maintain client relations; participate in meetings with marketing, contracts, design and production.
• Lead work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedule and deliverables.
• Track project finances to stay within budget and schedule.
• Mitigate and manage project risks.
• Coordinate reviews with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Supervise project staff and mentor less-experienced PMs.
• Travel 10-20% to project sites, including international as needed.
