Qualifications

• Proficient with databases, ATS/CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment-based immigration cases and filings.
• Prepare and submit I-140 petitions, ETA-9089, letters and exhibits.
• Monitor milestones and maintain accurate case records.
• Maintain timelines and status updates in Odoo.
• Communicate with candidates, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Support follow-up with USCIS and consulates as needed.
