Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Experience Producer for its Product Experiences team. You will lead the creation of high-impact events, product demonstrations, and experiential activations that showcase emerging technologies such as AI, VR and wearables.

The role involves partnering with product, marketing, creative, engineering and agencies to balance creative vision with technical and logistical requirements, across major events like CES, GDC, Coachella and global activations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years client facing event management experience.
• Proven ability to produce large, complex events.
• Strong program and project management with operational mindset.
• Experience with VR, AI or emerging tech.
• Experience coordinating in-person and virtual events.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience with senior/executive leadership.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and budgets.
• Familiarity with PM tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze event data and report trends.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong judgment with practical solutions.
