Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years in higher education or related student support.
• Experience coordinating international programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads administration and coordination of faculty-led global programs across development, implementation, assessment, and improvement.
• Manages proposal and selection processes, including calls for interest and workflow management.
• Advises faculty on program design, budgeting, logistics, and university requirements.
• Develops and manages program budgets, billing, expense monitoring, and reporting.
• Oversees student-facing program administration and the application process.
• Coordinates international travel planning, vendor relationships, and site logistics.
• Supports health, safety, risk management, and travel policy compliance.
• Delivers training resources related to global immersion participation and risk awareness.
• Collaborates with campus offices on financial aid, student services, and risk management.
