You will partner with Japan HQ and U.S. HR to ensure smooth lifecycle support, compliance, and strategic mobility outcomes. The role offers a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH), direct hire with full benefits, relocation support, and a compensation range of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/related field.
7+ years of HR experience.
4+ years in Global Mobility, expatriate programs, or immigration.
Advanced knowledge of mobility, assignment lifecycles, and tax coordination.
Experience with complex mobility and expatriate cases with external counsel

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end administration of expatriate and international mobility programs.
Senior SME for global assignments, relocation, compensation, and expatriate matters.
Coordinate onboarding, transfers, repatriation, and offboarding.
Collaborate with Japan HQ and U.S. HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams.
Manage employment-based immigration processes with external counsel.
Monitor work authorization, visa expirations, filing deadlines, and Form I-9.
Coordinate expatriate tax, cross-border payroll, relocation, and compliance.
Develop and improve mobility policies, procedures, and service standards.
Support expatriate employees through assignment lifecycle and cultural integration.
Lead global HR initiatives across the Americas.
