Job summary

WNC Corporation seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead multi-site manufacturing initiatives from greenfield plant setup to mass production. You will drive capacity planning, line balancing and cycle-time analysis to maximize efficiency, while implementing MES/SFCS workflows and SOPs for smooth NPIs to mass production.

Qualifications

15+ years hands-on IE experience in large-scale manufacturing.
8+ years leadership experience managing cross-functional or cross-regional teams.
Experience in overseas plant setup (greenfield) or global operations management.

Responsibilities

Set up new plant and drive process optimization to meet milestones.
Lead capacity planning, line balancing, and cycle-time improvements.
Implement SFCS/MES workflows and SOPs across NPIs to mass production.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma and smart manufacturing initiatives.
Standardize cross-site manufacturing methods and optimize costs.
