Qualifications

• Education: university degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.

• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and time-and-motion study; MES/ERP/BI experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary :

The IE Manager is responsible for managing the entire Industrial Engineering department, driving process optimization, productivity improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
