Job summary

You will translate complex signals into a single credible view to inform planning, resource allocation and investments, while partnering across Finance, Analytics, Commercial, and Supply.

In this hybrid US role, you will lead forecasting, build scenario-based models, test risks, and communicate insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years forecasting experience with 2+ years in biopharma.
• Experience building pharma forecast models and managing forecasting process.
• Experience evaluating pharmaceutical data sources and epidemiological data.
• Experience with primary market research and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead US IO forecast leadership for new Immuno-Oncology products.
• Build and refine short- and long-term models for scenarios.
• Identify drivers, quantify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on assumptions.
• Deliver analyses linking performance to strategic choices.
• Incorporate AI tools into forecasting workflows.
• Monitor external environment and reflect changes in forecasts.
• Deliver presentations to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with US leaders on performance narratives.
• Coach Forecasting & Performance teams.
• Drive automation and innovation across brands.
