Job summary

Noatum Logistics seeks an Internal Controls Financial Reporting (ICFR) Specialist to strengthen compliance, governance, and financial controls across U.S. operations. You will lead design, testing, and maintenance of internal controls and partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations.

As primary contact for audits, you will manage control audits, report findings to leadership, and drive improvements in testing methodology and remediation of issues across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Public Accounting focusing on audits and controls testing.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and audit/compliance tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and test controls across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations.
• Manage internal and external control audits and provide walkthroughs.
• Report testing results and audit findings to leadership.
• Identify process risks and recommend enhancements to controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and testing methodology development.
• Partner with international teams for global compliance.
• Monitor remediation of audit observations and deficiencies.
