Noatum Logistics, a global client-focused logistics operator, seeks an Internal Controls Financial Reporting (ICFR) Specialist to design, test, and maintain internal financial controls across our decentralized network. You will partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

You will drive standardization of controls, address findings, and foster automation and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting with auditing and testing controls.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and audit methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/audit tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, test, and maintain internal financial controls across the U.S. function.
• Lead audits of controls with internal and external auditors and collect supporting documents.
• Report findings and coordinate responses to auditors and management.
• Recommend improvements and testing approaches for controls.
