Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Global Process Owner for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to design, govern, and standardize the IBP process across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure data integrity, controls, and decision-ready processes.

The role drives governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement across demand, supply, and capital planning in a global, enterprise-wide scope, with locations including Irving, TX and other US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IBP, S&OP, enterprise planning, or global process ownership.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for the IBP process domain, including boundaries, decision points, controls, and escalation.
• Define and maintain the IBP process taxonomy (L1–L5) with standardized definitions and handoffs.
• Establish governance, planning stage gates, reconciliation rules, and approval frameworks.
• Drive prioritized process improvements to strengthen consistency, comparability, and scalability.
