Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Finance Deployment Team in Bangalore, India, seeks a Deployment Lead Analyst to drive global IBP, BDC and SAC deployment, ensuring standardized planning processes and data governance across units.

You will partner with Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Business partners, leading design, integration, testing and adoption while advancing automation and analytics capabilities. Strong communication and an agile mindset are required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years professional related experience.
MBA (Finance) /CA/ ICWA preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Exposure to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) needed.
SAP S/4HANA integration and finance process knowledge.
Global deployment and partner management experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Agile attitude and change management skills.

Responsabilités

Lead global deployment of IBP, BDC and SAC across regions.
Standardize IBP/S&OP processes for demand, supply, inventory, capacity and finance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and strategy.
Design SAP IBP solution, integration and deployment readiness.
Establish data foundations and governance for planning analytics.
Lead testing, BST, and coordinate UAT.
Manage deployment roadmap, risks, and governance.
Drive opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
