Job summary

KPMG LLP's Advisory Technology Organization seeks a Director, Identity Access Management to shape enterprise IAM programs in client environments. You will lead IGA and PAM programs, design governance, and mentor teams in cloud/hybrid deployments.

Partner with executives to align security strategy with business goals, drive transformation, and contribute to business development with compelling proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in identity and access management with hands-on and leadership across IGA and PAM.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/engineering; advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience leading large IAM transformation programs including enterprise implementations.
• Deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, access controls, and regulatory standards (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience across cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM transformation programs, providing strategic direction for IGA and PAM initiatives.
• Oversee design and governance of IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, CyberArk.
• Serve as executive technical advisor for governance, onboarding, and modernization challenges.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and specialists.
• Partner with executives to develop IAM roadmaps and governance practices.
• Support business development with proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Uphold integrity and professional work environment.
