Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Global IT events specialist to lead technical planning for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across regions, ensuring engaging attendee experiences with AV, streaming, and integration platforms.

This role allows remote work within Czechia/Poland with about 25% travel, including international trips. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events and reliable production services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in audiovisual support or technical event operations.
• Experience with live, hybrid, webcast, or broadcast event technologies.
• Ability to travel ~25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and execution of global in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Manage event production technologies including audio, video, lighting, streaming, and platforms.
• Oversee relationships with external production companies, venues, vendors, and agencies.
• Design production workflows and coordinate logistics, staffing, and schedules.
• Organize video production and digital media initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and maintain equipment readiness.
