Job summary

We & Goliath is seeking a Technical Event Producer to lead virtual and hybrid event production for clients, coordinating platforms and on-site coordination. You will work with speakers and clients to ensure smooth, successful experiences across environments.

This contract role can transition to part-time or full-time, depending on performance and needs. It requires strong project management, tech fluency, and calm leadership in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of virtual event management experience.
• Fluent in virtual production techniques with hybrid application experience.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Experience managing crews of 10+ people.
• Knowledge of AVL hardware and rental operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events with a tight production timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, presenters, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide rapid, accurate troubleshooting across technology and people.
• Take point on preemptive technical support for assigned events.
• Draft, review, and manage event budgets and expenses.
• Ensure smooth on-site and remote coordination for hybrid components.
• Identify process improvements and raise them to the team for action.
• Manage time effectively and communicate clearly under pressure.
