Job summary

You will partner with Hybrid Cloud Operations and executive teams to shape strategy, pricing, and deal execution, while building a diverse, high-performing global sales organization.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading large-scale sales transformations in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing international or worldwide sales/presales teams of several hundred people.
• Deep understanding of as-a-service, subscriptions, and recurring-revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year transformation of the WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions sales motion.
• Own the number by delivering over $2B in orders with profitable growth.
• Lead a global team of ~500 sales and presales professionals; build a high-performance culture.
