Job Description

This role involves supporting the Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Mobility Center of Excellence (COE), serving as the primary contact for our Global Human Resources Business Partners to navigate COE processes for global employees.

Key responsibilities include supporting stakeholders in managing daily TA, TR, and Mobility processes and policies, KPI management, operational efficiency, and supporting the COE functions.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Develop and administer SOPs for the COEs aligned with strategic initiatives
  • Provide daily support to Global HR Business Partners for all global employees
  • Manage monthly COE KPIs
  • Assist in creating offer packages, internal transfers, promotions, expatriate and repatriation assignments, relocations, and immigration tracking
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve HR process understanding and compliance
  • Maintain governance frameworks to ensure COE compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 8 years of HR experience focusing on Total Rewards or Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating SOPs and policies
  • Experience delivering live and virtual training
  • Ability to work independently and in a global team via Teams
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • High confidentiality standards
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%)
Preferred Experience
  • Over 5 years’ experience with mobility
  • Experience working within a COE is a plus
