Groupe BPCE is seeking a data-driven HR Reporting & Analytics professional through the VIE program. The selected candidate will start in Paris for one month before relocating to Boston to join the HRIS and analytics team.

The role covers HR reporting dashboards, data entry in Workday and Oracle(TGRH), data reconciliation, and process improvement. Requires a Master’s degree in HR/Business Admin/Data Analytics, internship or entry experience in HRIS, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in HR/Business Administration/Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience via internship, apprenticeship or initial HRIS/data analysis role.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and Oracle (TGRH).

Responsabilités

• Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Enter and maintain international HR data in Workday and TGRH (Oracle); process lifecycle changes.
• Reconcile Workday and TGRH data; identify issues and propose improvements.
