Job summary

Groupe BPCE is seeking a data-driven HR Reporting & Analytics professional through the VIE program. The selected candidate will start in Paris for one month before relocating to Boston to join the HRIS and analytics team.

The role covers HR reporting dashboards, data entry in Workday and Oracle(TGRH), data reconciliation, and process improvement. Requires a Master’s degree in HR/Business Admin/Data Analytics, internship or entry experience in HRIS, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and

HR Reporting & Analytics (Production & Delivery):

• Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards;
• Provide accurate HR data for Finance, Compliance, business continuity, RFPs, and CSR needs;
• Evaluate process for report dissemination and recommend areas to improve efficiency, focused on integration and automation where possible.

Data Entry and Administration:

• Enter and maintain international HR data in Workday and TGRH (Oracle);
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations;
• Follow global data-entry standards and support international HR contacts.

Data Quality, Audit & Reconciliation:

• Reconcile Workday and TGRH data regularly, investigate discrepancies, and ensure records remain accurate and aligned;
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.

The selected candidate will begin their contract in Paris for one month before relocating to Boston.

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.

Initial experience through an internship, apprenticeship, or first role in HRIS, HR data analysis, or a similar data-focused position.

Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with Workday and/or TGRH (Oracle), or similar software strongly preferred.

Fluent or bilingual English and French is required.

Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, independence, organization, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
