The selected candidate will start in Paris for one month before relocating to Boston, reflecting an international assignment that combines data analysis, process improvement, and strong communication in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
• Internship/entry role in HRIS or HR data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; Experience with Workday and/or TGRH (Oracle).
• Fluent or bilingual English and French.
• Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, organized with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain HR data reports and dashboards in Workday and TGRH.

Job Description

HR Reporting & Analytics

• Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards;
• Provide accurate HR data for Finance, Compliance, business continuity, RFPs, and CSR needs;
• Evaluate process for report dissemination and recommend areas to improve efficiency, focused on integration and automation wherever possible.

Data Entry and Administration

• Enter and maintain international HR data in Workday and TGRH (Oracle);
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations;
• Follow global data-entry standards and international HR support contacts.
• Reconcile Workday and TGRH data regularly, investigate discrepancies, and ensure that records remain accurate and aligned;
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.

The selected candidate will start their contract in Paris for one month before relocating to Boston.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.

Initial experience through an internship, apprenticeship, or first role in HRIS, HR data analysis, or a similar data-focused position.

Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with Workday and/or TGRH (Oracle), or similar software is strongly preferred.

Fluent or bilingual English and French is required.

Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, independence, organization, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
