Job summary

The role emphasizes change management, investigations, and cross-border HR activities. Minimum 5+ years in HRBP, a Bachelor's in a related field, strong communication, and HRIS/MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a progressive HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• ADA accommodation knowledge and M&A experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance on the employee lifecycle from recruitment to compensation.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration planning.
• Address employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed.
• Collaborate on immigration, visa, and international assignment activities as applicable.
• Develop understanding of local employment practices and regulatory requirements.
