Job summary

PPG Industries, a global leader in coatings and specialty materials, seeks a Global HR Business Partner for Aerospace Transparencies & Materials in the Atlanta area. The role partners with global leadership to align talent and organizational design with commercial priorities, manufacturing focus, and growth targets.

The HRBP will drive talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, and change management across manufacturing locations, while supporting S&OP and industrial network optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in matrixed industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience partnering with global B2B sales organizations, including incentive plan design.
• Leadership collaboration to shape talent and culture strategy with measurable value.
• Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence across borders, functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR strategies and initiatives while aligning with ONE PPG messaging.
• Partner with B2B sales leadership to shape org models, incentives, and compensation frameworks.
• Strengthen S&OP through workforce planning and organizational alignment with demand and supply.
• Support design and evolution of the Business Unit’s industrial network and talent deployment.
• Drive organic growth through production capacity planning and capability gap analysis.
• Develop succession plans with leaders by assessing talent pools and key roles.
• Act as change agent for effective communication and organizational change initiatives.
• Create data, metrics and dashboards to monitor progress.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
