Job summary

Coherent Corp. in the United States is seeking a Vice President of HR Technology & People Operations to lead global HR strategy and optimize HR systems.

This role reports to the Chief People Officer and oversees global HR shared services and all HR technology. The successful candidate will build the HR Global Shared Service Centers, drive AI-enabled HR technology, data analytics and workforce planning, and ensure scalable processes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 15+ years in HR technology or leadership roles within global organizations.
• Experience scaling HR shared services and enterprise HR systems.
• Proven ability to implement HR tech and AI-driven solutions.
• Leadership across global teams and change management expertise.
