Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Vice President of HR Technology & People Operations to lead global HR strategy and direct HR tech systems.

This hybrid role requires 3–4 days in the office, with locations including Santa Clara, Sherman TX, or Saxonburg PA. You will build the HR Global Shared Service Centers, drive data-driven decision making, and implement AI-enabled technologies that streamline processes and elevate the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in HR technology or HR leadership within global organizations.
• Proven experience implementing and scaling global HR shared services and enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy deployment of global people operations and HR technology group.
• Establish and operationalize new GSSC to support global HR and other functions.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled HR technologies to streamline processes.
• Partner with IT and HR to ensure data privacy and security compliance.
