Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solution Architect to serve as a technical advisor for global HR technology and to drive Workday initiatives that standardize processes across regions. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable HR solutions while guiding the technical execution of complex projects.

You will collaborate with HR leadership to align priorities, mentor configuration analysts, and ensure timely delivery within a hybrid work arrangement in the Panorama Office and Denver site.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Workday and related HR technology
• Experience leading complex HR technology projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions

Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor for global HR technology and advise on system capabilities
• Execute global HR technology strategy to enforce regional consistency
• Manage HR technology projects’ technical scope to improve efficiency
• Partner with global HR to deliver HR solutions meeting operational and regulatory demands
• Identify HR technical issues and develop recommended solutions leveraging HR technology
• Provide mentoring and support to HR Technology configuration analysts
• Analyze trends in HR metrics and recommend system/process changes
• Lead execution of complex projects by aligning stakeholder requirements with Workday capabilities
• Liaise with HR leadership to understand technical priorities
• Ensure secure Workday architecture and design practices in projects
• Record deliverables and milestones clearly
• Guide configuration analysts to timely project delivery
• Review vendor proposals to ensure scope alignment and monitor third-party services
• Mitigate Workday security and configuration risks
