Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking an HR & Talent Partner to support our global workforce. You will own day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee experience with autonomy.

This remote role spans multiple time zones and reports to the Senior Manager of HR & Talent. You will help shape people programs and drive AI-assisted HR workflows. We use Rippling, Kula, Fireflies, Jira, and Claude to speed tasks.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in HR, recruitment, or people ops.
• Hands-on recruitment: sourcing, screening, ATS management.
• Onboarding, payroll basics, benefits administration.
• Experience in distributed or remote teams across time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English; daily AI usage.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, scheduling.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, HR admin, and employee records.
• Maintain HR data across Rippling, Kula, and Jira.
• Assist payroll coordination, contractor payments, and benefits.
• Contribute to HR policies, analytics, and internal communications.
