Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced HR professional to coordinate European HR operations and international EOR or contingent worker administration. You will manage the employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding, contracts and letters.

Additionally, you will support payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS data and regulatory compliance, act as first-line HR contact, escalate complex employee relations, and partner with internal teams and vendors

Job description

• Coordinate European HR operations and international EOR or contingent worker administration.
• Handle employee lifecycle events: onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding, contracts, and letters.

Support & Compliance:

• Act as first-line HR contact; escalate complex employee relations or compliance issues.
• Support payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS data, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors; maintain accurate records and audit HR system changes.
• Participate in HR projects and technology implementations.
