Job summary

Milliman is seeking an HR Service Manager to lead a global team, including a India-based supervisor, delivering timely and accurate HR administrative services across regions. You will own service delivery, data quality, and process governance while driving automation and scalable practices to support growth.

The role requires overseeing onboarding, employee data changes, compensation changes, and status changes, with a focus on standardization and controls across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR operations experience, including at least 3 years leading an HR service center or similar team.
• Experience managing supervisors or other people leaders.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or global teams.
• Experience overseeing employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, data changes, compensation changes, status changes).
• Experience centralizing and standardizing HR processes.
• Experience with HR policies, data privacy, records management, and internal controls.
• Proven success in process improvement, automation, or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the global HR Service Team, including India-based leadership.
• Deliver HR administrative services accurately and within SLAs.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to address operational needs.
• Centralize and standardize HR processes while driving automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders on system enhancements and transformations.
• Maintain SOPs, quality controls, and alignment with Milliman policies.
• Resolve complex service delivery issues and address root causes to reduce risk.
• Oversee data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper handling of HR transactions.
• Establish training and knowledge management for the global team.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and staffing needs, and report to HR leadership.
