Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in compliance, HR program management, or PMO operations.
• Experience in regulatory reporting and people management preferred.
• Hands-on experience with complex program plans and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Track labor and employment laws impacting Firm policies.
• Implement risk management monitoring programs and adjust risk controls.
• Lead firmwide compliance programs, including trainings and policies.
• Oversee health and safety procedures and monitor regulatory updates.
• Draft communications related to personnel policies and procedures.
