Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience administering complex lifecycle processes and data management.
• Strong ability to interpret policies and provide guidance with discretion.
• Demonstrated collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee employee lifecycle activities across multiple jurisdictions through HR Help Desk.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to resolve cross-functional employee matters and support priorities.
• Maintain data integrity and HR systems with audits and governance.
• Produce and interpret people data and reports to inform decisions.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge resources to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements using HR tech, automation, and AI tools.
• Act as SME for assigned processes, guiding teams and driving standardization.
• Support strategic initiatives like integrations and technology implementations.
