o9 Solutions seeks an experienced HR Program Manager to bring structure, visibility, and follow-through to major People initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate with HRBPs and senior leaders, manage select HR projects, and ensure plans, ownership, timelines, risks, and actions are clearly defined.

The role requires 7+ years in HR or program management, strong project management skills, and experience with Workday and ClickUp.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR, program management, project management, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and keeping work moving across competing priorities.
• Experience with Workday and ClickUp is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program management support across key People initiatives, with the level of involvement depending on the needs of each project.
• Directly manage selected HR projects from planning through completion.
• Maintain visibility across major People initiatives so leaders understand progress, risks, and upcoming needs.
• Coordinate across HRBPs, People teams, leaders, and other partners when work spans multiple groups.
• Leverage project management software and generative AI tools to streamline workflows and increase automation across People processes.
