Job summary

Repsol is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to strategically partner with US, Alaska, Mexico, and Corporate teams. You will align talent and organizational strategies with business priorities and lead cross-regional initiatives to enable performance and continuity.

You will advise BU leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development, manage global programs, and drive culture and engagement across regions while ensuring governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• The legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5 years plus in the Human Resource field.
• Knowledge of labor relations in the US and Mexico.
• 3 years plus experience in full lifecycle recruiting in the US required; Mexico is a plus.
• Must be available to travel to assigned business field sites and offices as needed
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
• Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor to BU leadership in Mexico, Alaska, and U.S. Corporate Areas.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Translate business priorities into people and capability strategies.
• Lead workforce demand and supply analysis and design.
• Guide leadership through reorganizations and strategic reviews.
• Coordinate with corporate areas on country-level matters.
• Partner with Corporate HR and BU leadership on performance calibration and succession planning.
• Lead performance conversations and identify high-potential talent.
• Manage quarterly to annual global programs and drive engagement.
• Provide workforce analytics and access to global tools and frameworks.
