SAP is offering the SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) as a global, paid internship. The role of HR Business Partner supports Global P&C BPs across E&T and involves strategic and operational projects.

The position is based in Newtown Square, PA with hybrid work (3 days onsite). The internship runs from October 2026 to April 2027, with full-time hours (40 per week). Mentorship from senior HRBPs and global exposure are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with project management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist P&C BPs in driving SAP People Agenda and E&T initiatives.
• Manage data gathering, organizational maintenance and European Social Partner submissions.
• Own and manage discrete projects end-to-end with cross-functional coordination.
