About the Role

We’re hiring for a Country Head’s Office role supporting HR and people operations across the US and Europe. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to work directly with leadership, operate in a fast-moving environment, and grow beyond traditional HR into broader business and operational responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do

• Own HR and people operations across the US and Europe (employee lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, HR ops)

• Support workforce planning and organizational scaling across regions
• Ensure consistency in HR processes while adapting to local compliance needs
• Act as a key point of contact for employees across geographies

• Gradually take on broader business and operational responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruiting coordination, or similar roles
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies
• Comfort with execution-heavy, fast-moving environments
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the bigger picture
• Ability to work across US time zones (including afternoon overlap if based in India)
• Exposure to US/Europe HR operations is a plus
• High-agency, fast-learning individuals from non-traditional backgrounds are welcome
