Job summary

myKaarma in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an early-career HR Operations professional to support documentation, compliance, onboarding, benefits, and records across the USA, Canada, and India. You'll help scale our People team as we adopt automation and AI to improve processes.

You will work with a global, fast-moving team, align with regulatory requirements, and grow into areas like Total Rewards, Learning & Development, or people systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business related field.
• Comfortable using AI tools, HRIS platforms, and learning new technology quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting HR operations in a global environment is a plus but not required.
• Experience in benefits, compensation, learning, or systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own HR documentation and recordkeeping across US, Canada, and India, including employee files, contracts, onboarding paperwork, benefits administration, and offboarding checklists.
