Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR operations, HRIS, or HR shared services.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR Operations within a multi-site or global organization.
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing HRIS and related HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global HR Operations strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead employee lifecycle administration including onboarding/offboarding and data changes.
• Involve in critical HR processes during peak periods, system implementations, or organizational change.
• Establish, document, and improve HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Standardize and scale HR processes across locations while considering local requirements.
