Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager in San Antonio to serve as a strategic HR partner for the Commercial Engines business. You will align people strategies with business objectives and support growth and transformation.

This role oversees core HR services, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, onboarding, and HR operations. You will partner with leaders to drive recruiting, retention, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years supporting organizations through growth or change.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic HR advisor to Commercial Engines program and site leadership.
• Partner with leaders to develop talent strategies for recruiting, retention, succession, capability, and effectiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure high-quality delivery of HR services.
• Support organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations and performance management.
