Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking a Global HR Director, Talent Management to align people strategy with business growth. You will lead workforce planning, leadership development, and culture transformation while partnering with site HR teams and the Talent Management COE to drive HR initiatives worldwide.

You will travel 25–40% domestically and internationally, partnering with division leadership to strengthen talent readiness and operational effectiveness across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Senior/global HR certification and 8+ years in HR leadership required.
• Experience leading teams and global HR initiatives in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with division objectives and workforce planning.
• Advise division leadership on employee relations and risk mitigation.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to leadership and execute global initiatives.
• Develop succession, leadership pipelines, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve hiring, retention, and HR tech.
• Coach site HR managers and ensure compliance across locations.
