Job summary

You will lead workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture transformation, serving as a trusted advisor to division leadership and site HR teams.

You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, improve hiring and internal mobility, and drive HR metrics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple regions including US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with division objectives and drive workforce planning.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Provide data-driven insights and lead HR initiatives across global priorities.
• Develop workforce planning to align staffing with seasonality and growth.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
