Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, R&D Management for Specialty Chemicals to bridge MS R&D roadmaps with synthesis, capabilities, and manufacturing.

This leader will ensure differentiated materials can be developed, scaled, sampled, qualified, and transitioned into manufacturing with strong technical, safety, quality, and customer discipline. The role emphasizes translating platform needs into executable development programs, leading synthesis scale‑up, and driving external growth

Qualifications

• Advanced technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in specialty chemicals, semiconductor materials, or related platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into executable development programs and align investments with long‑range growth priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead synthesis scale‑up and manufacturing readiness across Specialty Chemicals projects.
• Oversee customer and EnZone sample fulfillment and external growth enablement.
• Develop technology roadmaps and platform strategies for cross‑BU reuse and growth in adjacent markets.
• Mentor and develop technical talent within a matrixed global organization.
• Communicate program risks, milestones, and execution status to executives and stakeholders.
